Eugene Ingoglia, who successfully prosecuted Mathew Martoma, formerly of SAC Capital Advisors LP, joined New York law firm Morvillo LLP after nine years as a federal prosecutor. Mr. Ingoglia is one of a handful of prosecutors to leave the office of U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara after working on a multiyear investigation into Wall Street that has yielded more than 80 convictions for insider trading.

Law firm Dechert LLP said last week that Mark Mangan will join the firm in early 2015 as a partner in the international arbitration practice in Singapore. Mr. Mangan has acted as counsel in more than 25 commercial, investment treaty and sports arbitration matters. His practice focuses on complex disputes often involving a political or governmental dimension. Most recently, Mr. Mangan worked at law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
